Rhodochrosite Lizard Carving

This striking Rhodochrosite lizard carving from Peru and stands out for its unusually deep colour. Instead of the softer blush tones often seen in Rhodochrosite, this piece has a rich dark pink appearance that looks almost red in areas.

The polished finish highlights the natural colour variation and patterning throughout the stone, giving the carving a bold and unique look.

Lizards are often associated with adaptability, transformation, regeneration and resilience, while Rhodochrosite is traditionally connected with love, compassion, emotional healing and self-worth.

Perfect for crystal collectors, animal lovers or anyone looking for a more unusual Rhodochrosite carving.
