This stunning Rhodochrosite free form comes from the Capillitas Mine in Andalgalá, Catamarca, Argentina, a world-famous locality known for its beautiful banded Rhodochrosite.
What makes this piece especially unique is the presence of natural Pyrite layers running through the Rhodochrosite, adding flashes of metallic gold against the soft pink, cream and white banding. The polished free-form shape highlights the natural patterning beautifully while still keeping the character of the original stone.
Rhodochrosite is associated with love, compassion, emotional healing and self-worth, while Pyrite is commonly connected with confidence, abundance, motivation and protection.
A gorgeous collector’s piece and a standout addition to any crystal display.
